Welcome to My Dear Diary. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Dear Diary mobile application ("App"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.
My Dear Diary offers a subscription-based service that provides access to premium features. The subscription is billed on a monthly basis and includes a 7-day free trial period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content you create in the App is private and encrypted. We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information or diary entries with third parties without your consent.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store. We do not control the refund process, but we will assist you in requesting a refund if you believe you are entitled to one.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
